NOEMI FOUCARD
Noémi Foucard began her piano studies in Avignon to continue at the conservatory with regional influence of Paris alongside Brigitte Bouthinon-Dumas and then at the higher pole of artistic education of Paris in the classes of Romain Descharmes (piano), Paul Meyer and Eric le sage (chamber music).
These years of exploration of the piano repertoire and chamber music led her to perform in prestigious Parisian venues (Grand Palais, Salle Pleyel, Les Invalides, etc.) and to be a winner of various international competitions (Concours international de piano d’Île-de-France, Concours international Leopold Bellan, Concours international de piano Nice Côte d’Azur, etc.).
She is now trying to experiment with new forms of concerts that she develops in their entirety, from conception to diffusion. To this end, she leads various projects (musical siesta, lecture-concert, nano-concerts, children’s music show, tasting concert, etc.) which lead her to perform in varied settings and create links between different forms of art and craft.
Programme
Her program entitled ‘Interludes, piano solo’ brings together two composers of different eras and styles (Domenico Scarlatti and Meredith Monk) incorporating interludes composed by herself, inspired by electro music, in order to highlight the lively spirit, the principle of repetition which unites them.
